Juan José Dolado, winner of the Jaime I Economics Prize and currently a professor at the Universidad Carlos III, talks to El Confidencial about the project he is currently working on, which will show whether the social measures deployed by the government to combat the pandemic, ERTE or the minimum vital income, are effective.
