Bio
Félix Lobo is Honorary Researcher from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (Department of Economics) and Member of Managent Council of Master in Health Assesment
He was General Manager of Pharmacy and Fue director general de Farmacia y Health products (1982-1988) and president of the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (2005-2008) of the Ministry of Health.
Member of the Expert Comitee of Policy and Medicine Management from World Health Organization (1987-2016).
YE. The King granted him the Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Health on December 18, 2009.
