The Master of lifelong learning in Health Evaluation and Market Access responds to the growing demand for experts in the evaluation of health technologies and health outcomes investigation, as well as the need to rationalize the use of these technologies with clinical, epidemiological and economic criteria.

The students graduating from this Master's program acquire multidisciplinary knowledge to analyze clinical research processes and evaluate the economic viability for the strategic decision making of technology development and health research. Graduates in biology, biology and biochemistry, biotechnology, nursing, pharmacy, pharmacy and biochemistry, medicine, professionals in the pharmaceutical sector with training in economics and / or business.

You will learn about methodology in clinical research, legislation in Spain and the EU, as well as critical analysis of medical and pharmacological research studies. You will learn to carry out economic evaluation as well as health outcomes studies of quality. Students also learn to elaborate economic plans and the process of accessing the pharmaceutical market.
Students with acquired knowledge are in great demand, by the agents involved in health care - insurance companies and public services at the central, regional and local level - as well as by providers of health services, medicine and health products. But where the need for this knowledge and skills is at its maximus is in the pharmaceutical and healthcare products industry. Many of these companies already have departments dedicated to economic evaluation and research on health outcomes.
